Today I write because I have see toro rosso and red bull cars and videos and I found that the chassis of Toro Rosso is perfect like Red Bull, but it has a problem.The problem are the drivers of Toro Rosso, they are good but the Team need drivers who have  years of experience who can help the Team to make the car more perfect.Toro Rosso have a good car they need to push more their engine and a pilot with more experience to make more points for the Team than so they can fight for points.That´s what i think.
